But you must match a kami’s pace

Who is the yin and who the yang
Between our eternal souls
Who leads and who follows
While the flowers climb the poles

A step you take into the light

Trying to drive me away with your thorn

But I too know the power of the dark
The whisper and the creeping promise
Tempation and desire within reach
That spread the thorn’d barrenness

If you dove into my inner core
Like you’ve allowed now unto me
There lies a pool, the water dark
Within, creatures writhe, you see

Biding their time until they might
